Who we are
TGL is a Kenyan venture offering advisory services aimed at sovereign wealth creation. Our domain of specialty is in identifying the value foreign investment be it technology, capital or a combination of both, can yield to the Country’s prosperity and its contributors.
Our history
From Institutional Leadership to TGL Services
The Foundation of Expertise
Prior establishing TGL Services, our leadership spent over a decade in key institutional roles driving ICT policy and infrastructure development across Sub Saharan Africa. During this period, significant competence was gained in managing the complexities of large-scale digital transformation driven by enabling policies in all sectors of the economy.
Fiscal Traceability & Revenue Growth
A defining period involved leading initiatives for indirect tax growth for Revenue Authorities. By spearheading the implementation of traceability solutions, we developed a deep understanding of how to bridge the gap between regulatory oversight and industrial efficiency, mobilising sovereign revenue collection at unprecedented rates—a core competency that now defines our advisory approach.
2010: The Birth of TGL Services Ltd
Equipped with these specialized insights, TGL Services was established in 2010. It was designed as an independent vehicle to translate years of institutional experience into agile, private-sector solutions.
The Evolution into Agri-Transformation
Leveraging this background in compliance and value-chain oversight, TGL shifted into strategic advisory for the agricultural sector. This work began with toxins abatement and has since evolved towards a focus on soil regeneration, studying the adoption of bio-inoculators to restore Kenyan soil sovereign productivity and expanded to new exciting segments.
Toward a Sovereign Bio-Circular Nexus
Today, TGL Services represents the culmination of this journey. We are currently focused on the Sustainable Energy Transition, integrating biofuels and waste valorization to build sustainable sovereign industrial capacity for the present and next generations. This approach enables a cross-cutting expertise in defining the conditions for partnership investments in the Kenyan ecosystem, attracting technology partners into local value-creation.
